How FCME Works

Antique Storefront Scene

FCME encourages a relational cycle of connection, listening, shared learning, discernment, responsible collaboration and review. Organizations remain responsible for their own leadership, decisions, ministries, safeguarding and stewardship.

Connect

Help appropriate people and organizations begin trusted conversations.

Learn

Share insight, experience and resources that strengthen faithful ministry.

Listen

Understand context, experience, needs and wisdom before proposing solutions.

Christ-Centered Servant Leadership
Share

Make appropriate knowledge, capabilities and tools more accessible.

Collaborate

Pursue selected opportunities where shared action adds value and responsibilities are clear.

Pray

Seek God together, care for spiritual health and remain attentive to the Holy Spirit.

Ways Organizations May Engage

Begin a Conversation

Share who you are and learn whether there is a helpful connection.

Participate in an Approved Gathering

Listen, pray and contribute to shared learning.

Share an Approved Resource

Offer material that may serve others, subject to review, consent and security.

Explore a Practical Collaboration

Consider a clearly bounded opportunity when trust, capacity and responsibilities are sufficient.

Areas of Contribution

Depending on the people, needs and opportunities involved, conversations may include discipleship and leadership formation, prayer, media and communication, health, livelihoods, business as mission, peacebuilding, technology, research, resource development and other capabilities that serve faithful ministry.

Business as Missions

Business as mission can be one practical way of bringing business knowledge, enterprise, livelihoods, investment discipline and professional expertise into faithful word-and-deed service. Within FCME, it is presently a contribution pathway for learning and exploration, not an approved fund, investment marketplace, deal platform or separate programme.

A Conversation, Not an Application

FCME does not currently have a formal membership process. Contacting FCME or attending an event begins a conversation; it does not create membership, endorsement, representation or a commitment to future work.
